Manager, Air Traffic Organization Web Services Team at Federal Aviation Administration

Terry Snyder is a seasoned professional with extensive experience at the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA). Since January 2012, Terry has served as the Manager of the Air Traffic Organization Web Services Team, overseeing web services that support the FAA's operational mission and managing communications for service users. Additionally, since October 2007, Terry has held the role of Manager of Client Communications, where responsibilities include interfacing with the industry and aviation community, coordinating messaging for senior executives, and organizing public outreach events related to aviation modernization initiatives like the Next Generation Air Transportation System (NEXTGEN). Terry holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science from the University of Maryland, obtained between 1965 and 1969.
