Tim Spencer

Tim Spencer is a Supervisory Contracting Officer and Branch Manager at the FAA. Tim has been with the company since August 2006 and manages the Automation Contracts Branch with a contracts portfolio of over $3 billion. Prior to their current position, Tim was a Contracting Officer - Team Lead overseeing approximately 70 contracts. Tim also has prior experience as a Contracting Officer at the U.S. Department of Justice from July 1990 to August 2006. Tim holds a B.S. in Business Administration from the University of Maryland.
