Tomer Kashi

Tomer Kashi is a seasoned entrepreneur and technology leader with extensive experience in the InsurTech industry. As Co-Founder and CEO of VOOM Insurance since January 2016, Tomer has been pivotal in developing innovative, usage-based insurance solutions tailored for various mobility sectors, including drones, aircraft, and modern fleets. In parallel, Tomer serves as Co-Founder and CEO of SkyWatch and holds the position of FAA-certified Drone Pilot with the Federal Aviation Administration. Tomer has a strong background in the Israel Defense Forces as a Project Manager and Software Engineer and was part of the exclusive Talpiot Program, which trains future leaders in security technology. Tomer holds an M.B.A. in Entrepreneurship from Tel Aviv University and has pursued advanced studies in Computer Science at Tel Aviv University while earning a BSc in Computer Science and Physics from The Hebrew University of Jerusalem.
