Ashutosh Goyal has a diverse work experience in the banking sector. Ashutosh has worked at various prominent banks including Federal Bank, Axis Bank, ICICI Bank, and Bank of Baroda.

At Federal Bank, Ashutosh currently holds the position of VP & Head Credit (Wholesale Banking) for the North & East regions, starting in 2022.

During their tenure at Axis Bank, Ashutosh held multiple roles. Ashutosh served as Vice President - Wholesale Credit, where they were responsible for credit underwriting for the Mid Corporate segment. Ashutosh thoroughly analyzed credit proposals, assessed business models and industry risks, and ensured adherence to credit policies and regulatory guidelines. Ashutosh also held the position of DVP & Credit Specialist-Mid Corporate (North), where they evaluated credit proposals, conducted financial analysis, and recommended viable credit limits. In addition, they served as Deputy Vice President and Assistant Vice President in the Corporate Credit division, where they managed a large corporate credit portfolio, handled end-to-end credit products, and completed transactions from pre-sanction to disbursement.

At ICICI Bank, Ashutosh worked as a Manager in the Credit Risk - SME Policy & Risk Group. Their responsibilities included credit appraisal, assigning credit ratings, and preparing rating rationales for proposals.

Ashutosh began their career at Bank of Baroda as a Financial Analyst in the Credit Department at Corporate Office. Ashutosh later worked at the Corporate Financial Services Branch in New Delhi, where they handled credit proposals for the Board of Directors' approval.

Ashutosh Goyal completed their education in various institutions over the years. Ashutosh started with their high school education at Blue Bird High School in Panchkula, from 1992 to 1996. Ashutosh then pursued their 10+2 education in Commerce at DAV SS School in Sec-8, Chandigarh, from 1996 to 1998.

After completing their secondary education, Ashutosh Goyal enrolled in Panjab University, from 1998 to 2001, where they obtained a Bachelor of Commerce (Honors) degree.

In 2002, Ashutosh Goyal joined ICFAI Foundation for Higher Education in Hyderabad, where they pursued an MBA in Finance, graduating in 2004. Simultaneously, they also enrolled in ICFAI University and obtained a CFA (Chartered Financial Analyst) degree in Financial Management, completing it in 2007.

To further enhance their knowledge in the field of banking, Ashutosh Goyal attended the Indian Institute of Banking & Finance from 2004 to 2006, where they earned a CAIIB (Certified Associate of Indian Institute of Bankers) degree in Banking.

In 2016, Ashutosh Goyal participated in a leadership program at Northwestern University, specializing in organizational leadership. The program lasted for one year.

In 2017, they pursued a brief course on Psychology at Work at The University of Western Australia, focusing on Industrial and Organizational Psychology.
