Dushyant Behl currently serves as the Regional Head and Deputy Vice President for Corporate and Institutional Banking at Federal Bank, a position held since July 2009, after progressing through roles including Assistant Vice President and Senior Manager. Dushyant has extensive experience across multiple business lines, including Auto Ancillaries, Food & Beverages, and Renewable sectors, with a specialization in Supply Chain Financing. Dushyant played a pivotal role in establishing and scaling the Corporate Banking Team and has consistently achieved exceptional growth metrics. Dushyant began a career in the banking sector after a brief tenure as a Software Engineer at RSI Systems, contributing to the Nokia Siemens IPTV Project. Dushyant holds a Bachelor of Technology in Computer Science and has pursued further education, including CFA Level 1, FRM Level 1, and ongoing management training at prestigious institutions.
