Lalit Kumar

Lalit Kumar is currently an Assistant Manager in the Credit Risk Monitoring Department at Federal Bank, overseeing a significant portfolio exceeding 7500 crores and managing large corporate borrowers in the Bangalore region since November 2022. With expertise in credit risk monitoring, Lalit is responsible for weekly CRILC reporting, monitoring credit hygiene parameters, and ensuring compliance with RBI guidelines and loan policy. Prior experience includes serving as a Probationary Officer at NLMK India, where responsibilities included MIS reporting and managing debit and credit notes, and as an Assistant Accountant at Ardisons Associates, focusing on LC documentation and reconciliation. Lalit holds an MBA in Finance and International Business from Punjabi University and a BCom from Government College of Commerce and Business Administration. Currently, Lalit is pursuing JAIIB and CAIIB certifications from the Indian Institute of Banking and Finance.
