Souvik Ghosh

Souvik Ghosh is an experienced banking professional with a strong background in commercial banking, currently serving as Associate Vice President and Cluster Head at Federal Bank since July 2015. Souvik has consistently led teams in the Northeast Region, focusing on the development and monitoring of SME loans of Rs 5 crore and above, while achieving cluster and regional targets. Prior roles include various leadership positions within Federal Bank, emphasizing credit analysis, profitability, and year-over-year growth in assets and liabilities. Souvik's earlier experience includes a tenure as a Senior Financial Manager in Bancassurance with ICICI Prudential Life Insurance Company Limited. Souvik holds an MBA in Banking from Manipal University and a Bachelor of Business Administration from Techno India Institute of Technology.
