Vinod Sankar

Vinod Sankar has a diverse range of work experience in the banking and finance industry. Vinod started their career in 2009 as an intern at Axis Risk Consulting, where they gained a foundational understanding of commercial banks. From there, they joined Magma Fincorp Ltd. in 2010 as a Credit Analyst. In 2012, they moved to Tata Motors Finance, where they worked as a Branch Credit Manager and later as an Area Credit Manager for the Strategic Business division. In 2016, Vinod joined Axis Bank and took on roles as Senior Manager in Central Underwriting and Area Credit Manager. Vinod also briefly served as Senior Manager for Commercial Vehicle Construction Equipment Credit. Vinod'snext positions were at MUTHOOT VEHICLE & ASSET FINANCE LIMITED and Muthoot Money Ltd, where they worked as a Risk Head from 2021 to 2022. In 2022, they joined Muthoot Finance Ltd. as the Head of the Risk Containment Unit, a position they held until 2023. Currently, Vinod is working as the Regional Credit Head at Federal Bank, starting in 2023.

Vinod Sankar pursued a Post Graduate Diploma in Management (PGDM) with a specialization in Finance and Marketing from the Institute of Management Technology, Nagpur. Vinod attended the institute from 2008 to 2010.
