Celia Lewis

Celia Lewis is an experienced legal professional with a diverse background in communications law and civil rights. Currently serving as Secretary and Board Member at Parents' Place of Maryland since January 2021, and as an Executive Committee Member at the Federal Communications Bar Association since July 2023, Lewis has also held multiple roles at the Federal Communications Commission since 2000, including Counsel to the Managing Director's Office and various positions within the Enforcement Bureau. Notably, Lewis has been instrumental in fraud investigations related to the Universal Service Fund and has contributed to civil rights initiatives through a legal externship at the Lawyers' Committee for Civil Rights. Lewis earned a Doctor of Law (JD) degree from Howard University School of Law in 2011.
