Lisa Zaina

Lisa Zaina currently serves as Chief of Staff and Deputy Bureau Chief at the Federal Communications Commission and has been in this role since July 2020, while also working as an Adjunct Lecturer at Georgetown University since August 2020. Previous positions include Rector at Christ Episcopal Church in Rockville, MD from March 2019 to March 2020, and Vicar at Holy Innocents' Episcopal Church from September 2014 to March 2019. Zaina has extensive experience in telecommunications advocacy, having held roles such as Chief of Staff at USDA Rural Development and Rural Utilities Service, and Assistant VP at CTIA-The Wireless Association. Educational achievements include a Doctorate in Ministry from Wesley Theological Seminary, a Master of Divinity from Yale Divinity School, a Juris Doctor from Wake Forest University School of Law, and a Bachelor of Arts in Premedicine and Psychology from the University of Notre Dame.
