Raphael Sznajder

Raphael Sznajder is an experienced attorney currently serving as an Attorney Advisor in the Competition Policy Division of the Wireline Competition Bureau at the Federal Communications Commission since October 2013. Notable roles include Legal Advisor in the Enforcement Bureau and involvement in the post-Incentive Auction TV broadcaster relocation and reimbursement processes. Previous positions at the FCC include Detailee Attorney Advisor for the Incentive Auction Task Force and Attorney Advisor in the Audio Division, where Raphael drafted adjudications and rulemakings. Prior to joining the FCC, Raphael worked as a Summer Associate at Rothner, Segall & Greenstone, and held legal internships with the International Criminal Tribunal for the Former Yugoslavia and Equip for Equality. Raphael holds a Juris Doctor degree from Northwestern University Pritzker School of Law and a Bachelor of Arts degree with a double major in Politics and Theatre from Oberlin College.
