Wisam E. Naoum

Wisam E. Naoum serves as an Attorney Advisor in the Office of General Counsel at the Federal Communications Commission since October 2021, specializing in corporate law by reviewing and drafting complex contracts, ensuring compliance with antitrust and public interest issues, and pursuing enforcement actions. Previous experience includes serving as an Assistant Attorney General for the Michigan Department of Attorney General from 2019 to 2021, where Naoum led antitrust enforcement initiatives and the Robocall Crackdown Initiative, advising on significant legal matters. Naoum has also held positions as General Counsel at ClearLink Wireless Solutions and as an Associate Attorney at McGuireWoods LLP and Goldberg Kohn Ltd., focusing on capital markets transactions and corporate law. Naoum earned a Doctor of Law degree from the University of Michigan Law School and a Bachelor of Arts from Wayne State University.
