Shauna McLane

Shauna McLane has a wealth of work experience, beginning in 2000 with SYSCO Food Services of Eastern Wisconsin as an Administrative Assistant to the Vice President of Business Development and the Director. In 2006, they held the role of Executive Administrative Assistant at Foodliner, Office Manager at Bauer Custom Homes, and Finance Manager, Project Control Manager, and Office Manager at Design Mill Inc. Shauna then moved to Fluidic MicroControls, Inc. in 2013 as a Bookkeeper. In 2012, McLane began working at Jo Daviess Conservation Foundation as a Bookkeeper/Executive Assistant, and in 2020 they were promoted to Assistant Director of Development. Most recently, they began working at Federal Compass in 2022 as an Operations Manager and Office Manager.

Shauna McLane completed their Bachelor of Arts in Communications from Wisconsin Lutheran College between 1996 and 2000.
