Jimmy Mastorakos

Jimmy Mastorakos is currently serving as the Executive Director of People Culture & Communications at the Federal Court of Australia, a position held since November 2023. Prior experience includes roles within the Australian Government from February 2017 to November 2023 as an Assistant Secretary and Director. Jimmy Mastorakos also has an extensive background in the Department of Defence of Australia from November 1999 to January 2017, culminating in the role of Assistant Secretary for the Financial Coordination Branch, overseeing budget coordination and financial accounting processes. Additional positions held within the Department include Executive Director of the Asset Accounting Branch and Senior Director for various initiatives. Academically, Jimmy Mastorakos is a Certified Practising Accountant through the CPA Australia Program and holds a Bachelor's degree in Accounting and Commercial Law from Victoria University.
