Richard Kwan is an accomplished entrepreneur and technology expert with extensive experience in founding and leading innovative companies. As the Founder and Chief Executive Officer of Kiratech since November 2014, Richard has empowered startups, enterprises, and government organizations through emerging technologies aimed at addressing significant global challenges, particularly in environmental sustainability.
