Don Vaughan, MBA, PMP

Don Vaughan, MBA, PMP has extensive experience in the field of RF and wireless communication systems. Don is currently working as an RF Project Task Manager at TEKsystems since September 2018. Prior to this, they worked as a Consultant at Tekmark Global Solutions starting in February 2016. From August 2015, they served as a Sr. Consultant at Federal Engineering, Inc.

Before joining Federal Engineering, Inc., Don held the position of Assoc. Director at RCC Consultants from June 2008 to August 2015. In their role, they were responsible for assisting clients with needs assessment, project management, and system implementation among other tasks. Don also played a key role in business development and frequently contributed to RFP responses.

Don's work experience also includes being a Fellow at the Radio Club of America from 1992 to 2011. Additionally, they served as a Sr. Technologist at NYSTEC from 2003 to 2008. Prior to that, they worked as the Assistant to CEO and Chairman of the Board at ComNet Ericsson from 1998 to 2001.

Earlier in their career, Don held the position of Business Devel at iXP Corporation from 1996 to 1998. Don also served as the VP of Sales & Marketing at Orbacom from 1988 to 1995, and as a Business Development professional at SHL Systemhouse from 1995 to 1998.

Don Vaughan, MBA, PMP received their Bachelor of Science degree in Humanities & Social Science from Drexel University, where they studied from 1967 to 1972. Don then went on to pursue a Master of Business Administration (MBA) with a focus on Technology Management from the University of Phoenix, completing their degree from 2000 to 2003.
