Patti Carlisle D'Andrea

Patti Carlisle D'Andrea has a strong background in business development and market development. Patti currently holds the role of Director in the Capture Group at Federal Engineering, Inc, where they lead the business development group and is responsible for identifying and capturing new opportunities in radio engineering and PSAP/NG911 verticals. Patti also writes proposals for new business opportunities. Prior to their current role, Patti was a Senior Manager in the Capture Group at Federal Engineering, Inc, where they led the BD group and wrote proposals for Tier 1, 2, and 3 opportunities. Before joining Federal Engineering, Inc, Patti worked as the Business Development Director at Intertech Associates, where they were responsible for technical marketing and sales management activities to generate new business. Patti wrote technical responses to RFPs and managed marketing campaigns and advertising strategies. Patti also has experience in market development and business planning, having held senior management roles at Lucent Technologies Optical Networking and Lucent Network Systems. Patti began their career at AT&T Bell Labs, where they worked as a Senior Publications Specialist/Project Manager and Technical Publications.

Patti Carlisle D'Andrea's education history includes an Executive MBA in Marketing and Management from Baruch College, which they pursued from 1997 to 1999. Prior to that, from 1980 to 1984, they earned a B.S. degree in Technical Writing from Carnegie Mellon University.
