Emily Wills is a seasoned marketing and brand management professional with extensive experience in strategic leadership roles across diverse industries. Currently serving as the Head of Brand & Marketing at Federal Group since February 2024, Emily previously held the position of Chief Experience Officer at Southern Cross Care (Tas) Inc. Emily's past roles at Federal Group include Group Manager Marketing, where responsibilities encompassed strategic direction and revenue generation for a portfolio of Tasmanian brands, and Head of Brand, focusing on implementing brand strategies during significant organizational changes. Additional experience includes managing events at various venues, fostering community engagement as President of Lindisfarne Junior Football Club, and enhancing business turnover and operational outcomes at Glenorchy City Council.
