Kelsey Studer

Kelsey Studer is an experienced Human Resources professional with a robust background in strategic HR planning and workforce management. Currently serving as the Human Resources Manager at Federal Heath since April 2017, Kelsey has successfully developed HR strategies that align with organizational goals and contributed to long-term talent management. Prior roles at Federal Heath include Human Resources Generalist and Human Resources Coordinator, where responsibilities spanned employee engagement, compliance, recruitment, and performance management for the Delaware location. Earlier career experiences also include a tenure at Abercrombie & Fitch as a Human Resources Coordinator, focusing on recruiting, training, and associate relations, as well as a Legal Assistant position at Mark V. Minister Attorney at Law. Kelsey is pursuing a Bachelor of Business Administration in Human Resources Management at DeVry University, building upon an Associate’s Degree in Early Childhood Education from Central Ohio Technical College.
