Terry Derise

Terry DeRise, MBA, currently serves as Operations Manager at Federal Heath since February 2022, bringing extensive experience from previous roles at Portacool, LLC, where Terry progressed from Quality Manager to Director of Manufacturing over nearly a decade. With a distinguished career in the United States Air Force, Terry held various leadership positions, including Flight Chief and Laboratory Chief, contributing to a solid foundation in operations and training. Terry's academic credentials include a Master of Business Administration from the University of Phoenix and a Bachelor of Science in Technical and Occupational Education from The University of Southern Mississippi, along with several relevant certifications in Lean Six Sigma and military technology instruction.
