Clarissa Weaver's work experience begins in 2006 when they joined the Federal Home Loan Bank of Atlanta. Clarissa started as a Community Investment Services (CIS) Intern and later worked their way up to become a Compliance and Servicing Specialist. Over the years, they took on various roles within the company, including Compliance and Servicing Analyst I and II, Lending and Disbursement Analyst II, Post-funding Coordinator, and Assistant Vice President in the Risk Management department. Currently, they hold the position of Risk Manager, Vice President. Prior to working at the Federal Home Loan Bank, Clarissa spent three years as a 4th and 5th Grade Teacher at Atlanta Public Schools from 2003 to 2006.

Clarissa Weaver obtained a Bachelor's degree in Economics and Political Science from Spelman College in 2003. In 2007, they completed their Masters in Public Administration with a focus on Management and Finance from Georgia State University.
