Glenn Stewart

Glenn Stewart has extensive experience in risk analysis and construction project management, currently serving as a Senior Risk Analyst at the Federal Home Loan Bank of Atlanta since March 2008. In this role, Glenn oversees the Bank's Affordable Housing Program, focusing on development financing, homebuyer assistance, and energy efficiency grants for veterans. Responsibilities have included managing underwriting tools, project feasibility analysis, and training on cost guidelines. Prior experience includes serving as Construction Superintendent at Chris Dixon & Associates, where Glenn managed custom home and commercial construction projects, and as a Soils Technician at Atlanta Testing & Engineering. Glenn holds a Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering from the Georgia Institute of Technology.
