Patrick Rutledge, CFA, CTP has a diverse work experience in the financial industry. Patrick began their career at Bank of America as a Business Banker from 2001 to 2004. Patrick then joined The Peoples Bank as a Commercial Banker / First Vice President from 2004 to 2007. Following that, Patrick worked at Synovus - Athens First Bank & Trust as a Commercial Banker / Vice President from 2007 to 2012. Patrick then joined State Bank and Trust Company as a Vice President - Commercial, Governmental & Nonprofit Banking from 2012 to 2015. Currently, Patrick is the VP - Public Finance Relationship Manager at Federal Home Loan Bank of Atlanta. Additionally, they are a Board Member at Council of Development Finance Agencies.
Patrick Rutledge, CFA, CTP, completed their undergraduate studies at the University of Georgia - Terry College of Business, where they pursued a degree in Finance with a focus on Banking & Finance and Business. Additionally, they attended the Graduate School of Banking at LSU.
In terms of certifications, Patrick obtained the Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) designation from the CFA Institute in 2022. Patrick also holds certifications such as the Georgia Life Insurance Agent for Accident & Sickness, Life, and Variable Products, the Series 63 Uniform Securities Agent license, the Series 7 General Securities Representative License, and the Certified Treasury Professional designation.
