Angela Ashlaw

Angela Ashlaw is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in community investment and education. Currently serving as a Senior Community Investment Specialist at the Federal Home Loan Bank of Chicago since March 2018, Angela previously held the role of Community Investment Specialist within the same organization. Prior experience includes working as a New Accounts Representative/Teller at North Side Federal Savings & Loan and an Elementary School Teacher at Chicago Public Schools for over 14 years. Angela began their career in advertising sales at Dow Jones & Company/The Wall Street Journal. Academically, Angela holds a Master of Education in Elementary Education and Teaching from DePaul University and a Bachelor of Arts in Organizational/Corporate Communication from Northern Illinois University.
