Carolyn Jaw

Carolyn Jaw has a diverse work experience, primarily in the financial industry. Carolyn is currently serving as the Executive Vice President, Group Head of Sales Strategy & Solutions at the Federal Home Loan Bank of Chicago since February 2021. Prior to this, they held roles such as Senior Vice President, Group Head of Sales Strategy & Solutions from January 2020 to February 2021 and Senior Vice President, Managing Director Institutional Sales from 2011 to 2019. In these positions, they were responsible for business development, client relationship management, marketing, and events for FHLB Chicago's client base. Carolyn has also worked as a Mortgage Analytics Manager at FHLB Chicago from 2008 to 2011. Before joining FHLB Chicago, Carolyn worked as a Portfolio Manager at Hillenbrand Partners from 2007 to 2008 and as a Trading Associate at the Federal Home Loan Bank of Chicago from 2004 to 2007.

Carolyn Jaw's education history includes attending several prestigious institutions. In 2021, they completed the General Management Program, Leadership, and Financial Management at the Harvard Business School Executive Education. From 2011 to 2013, they pursued their MBA at The University of Chicago Booth School of Business, specializing in Finance, Economics, Accounting, and Entrepreneurship. Prior to their MBA, Jaw obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics and International Studies from Northwestern University, where they studied from 2000 to 2004.
