Cedric D. Thurman

Cedric D. Thurman is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in diversity, equity, and inclusion, currently serving as the EVP/Chief Diversity Officer/Group Head of Community Investment and Diversity, Equity and Inclusion at the Federal Home Loan Bank of Chicago since September 2018. In addition, Cedric is the CEO of Talks Inc., a developing nonprofit organization focused on empowering youth through confidence-building programs. Previous roles include Principal at Alexander Management Group, where Cedric specialized in integrating diversity and inclusion strategies into business frameworks, and US Head of Diversity & Inclusion at BMO Harris Bank, overseeing the execution of diversity strategies. Cedric's earlier career involved significant leadership positions at Jones Lang LaSalle and Harris Bank, complemented by an MBA in Management Strategy and Marketing from Northwestern University's Kellogg School of Management and a Bachelor of Science in Finance from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign.
