Colton Connor

Colton Connor is an experienced professional with a diverse background in financial services and military logistics. Currently serving as Vice President and Senior Manager of IT Engineering at the Federal Home Loan Bank of Chicago since August 2013, Colton has held various roles including IT Change Manager and QA Manager, focusing on IT business continuity, project coordination, and cross-departmental liaison activities. Previous experience includes a successful tenure as a Mortgage Banker at JPMorgan Chase, where Colton consistently ranked in the top 10% nationally, and significant military service in both the US Army Reserve and Wisconsin Army National Guard, managing logistical operations and team leadership. Colton holds an MBA from Northwestern University's Kellogg School of Management, along with a BA in Business and Political Science from the University of Wisconsin-Madison, and has participated in a study abroad program at Pontificia Universidad Católica del Perú.
