Jay Walusek has a diverse work experience spanning over several industries. Jay began their career at Northwestern Memorial Hospital, where they held various positions in Information Services and Materials Management from 1985 to 1996. Jay then joined Mesirow Financial in 1996, initially working as a Systems Engineer and later becoming a Manager of Server Administration. At Mesirow Financial, they also served as the Vice President of Server Administration and the Senior Vice President of Data Services Management and IT Strategy & Design. In 2014, they joined Interactive Business Systems, Inc. as a Project Manager/Scrum Master, specifically working with the Federal Home Loan Bank of Chicago. Currently, Jay is employed at the Federal Home Loan Bank of Chicago, where they have held roles as a Lead Project Manager/Scrum Master, Lead Delivery Process Manager/Scrum Master, and Assistant Vice President, Agile Coach/Lead Delivery Process Manager. Jay has a comprehensive skill set that includes certifications such as PMP, CSM, CSPO, KMP, and ITIL.

Jay Walusek completed a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Political Science and Government at Illinois State University, from 1979 to 1984.
