Julianna Heger

Julianna Heger has a diverse work experience, primarily in the field of human resources. Julianna started their career in 2014 as an intern at the Federal Home Loan Bank of Chicago, where they worked with the Member Product Support Group. In 2015, they interned again at the same company, this time in the Mortgage Partnership Finance department.

In 2016, Julianna continued their internship at the Federal Home Loan Bank of Chicago, this time working as a Human Resource intern. Julianna then joined the Indiana Memorial Union - Biddle Hotel in 2015 as a Page/PBX Operator, where they worked until 2017.

Julianna's career at the Federal Home Loan Bank of Chicago continued in 2017 when they joined as a Member Products Support Specialist. Over the years, they advanced to roles such as a Human Resources Associate and a Human Resources Generalist. As of 2021, Julianna holds the position of Human Resources Business Partner at the company. In 2023, they were promoted to the role of Assistant Vice President and HR Business Partner.

Julianna Heger's education history includes a Bachelor's degree in Public Finance from Indiana University Bloomington, which they earned between 2013 and 2017. Prior to that, they attended Benet Academy College Preparatory from 2009 to 2013. Currently, they are pursuing a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from Northwestern University - Kellogg School of Management, with an expected completion year of 2023.
