Senior Director, Institutional Sales at Federal Home Loan Bank of Chicago

Raj M. has a diverse work experience spanning over the past two decades. Raj started their career as a Financial Analysis Associate at John S. Vincent & Co. in 2001 and then went on to own MuniCentral in 2002. Raj joined BMO Capital Markets in 2003, where they held various roles such as Underwriter for Municipal Bonds and Public Finance Structurer, Director of Investor Products Team, and Director of ABS/MBS Sales. At BMO, they were involved in market analysis, business strategy, and cross-selling deals, generating significant revenue. In 2017, Raj took a sabbatical before joining the Federal Home Loan Bank of Chicago in 2018 as a Senior Director of Institutional Sales. In this role, they managed a team, increased member borrowings and mortgage sales, and headed the Editorial Board.

Raj M. completed their high school education from Wheaton Warrenville South High School from 1993 to 1996. Raj then pursued a Bachelor of Arts degree in Finance from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign from 1996 to 2000. After that, they attended The University of Chicago Booth School of Business, where they earned an M.B.A. degree specializing in Finance and Entrepreneurship from 2006 to 2009.
