David Hackney Cfa, Amp

David Hackney, CFA, AMP, has extensive experience in risk management and portfolio oversight, currently serving in a risk management capacity at the Federal Home Loan Bank of Dallas since 2009. Previously, David held senior roles including Senior Director of Portfolio Management at Freddie Mac, where management of the Non-Agency Portfolio and financial forecasting were key responsibilities. Additional experience includes senior research analyst positions at American Express Financial Advisors, vice president roles overseeing MBS products at Asset Allocation and Management Company and Advantus Capital, and director-level operations management at Access Financial Lending Corporation. David began a career in structured finance at ReliaStar Inc. and holds an MBA in Finance and Management from Drake University and a BBA in Marketing from Iowa State University.
