Louis Montes

Louis Montes is a Senior Credit Risk Analyst at Federal Home Loan Bank of Dallas since January 2019. Prior to that, Louis worked as a National Bank Examiner/Federal Thrift Regulator at the Office of the Comptroller of the Currency from January 1988 to December 2018. Louis also served as a Bank Services Manager at Fisk Robinson CPA from January 1991 to January 1992. Louis holds a degree in Finance from The University of Texas at Arlington.
