Tanya Schierling

Tanya Schierling, PHR has an extensive work experience in the field of Human Resources. Tanya started their career at ViewPoint Bank in 2006 as an HRIS Benefits Supervisor, where they worked for seven years. In 2013, they joined PCPMG as a Benefits Manager and stayed there for a year. Since 2014, Tanya has been employed at the Federal Home Loan Bank of Dallas, initially working as a Benefits Administrator for two years before being promoted to Sr. Human Resources Business Partner. Currently, they hold the role of Director of Human Resources, a position they have held since May 2019.

Tanya Schierling, PHR has a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Management and International Business from Dallas Christian College. Tanya also holds a Master of Science (MS) degree in Forensic Psychology from Tiffin University. In addition to their degrees, they have obtained a certification in Professional in Human Resources (PHR) from the Human Capital Institute (HCI).
