Bryan E. Swon has extensive experience in data analysis and business intelligence, currently serving as the Lead Data Modeling and Architecture Analyst at the Federal Home Loan Bank of Des Moines since October 2016. In this role, Bryan has developed detailed mapping documents for data movement within the Hub infrastructure and created a production Capital Stock dimensional model using TOAD Data Modeler. Prior positions include various analyst roles focused on enterprise data, business intelligence, and community investments, where Bryan contributed to data profiling, mapping, and query inventory management. Before their tenure at the Federal Home Loan Bank, Bryan worked as a Financial Services Professional at MassMutual, advising clients on financial planning. Bryan holds a Bachelor's Degree in Finance and Business Economics from Iowa State University, earned between 2012 and 2016.
