Hao Shen currently serves as a Senior Market Risk Analyst at the Federal Home Loan Bank of Des Moines, where responsibilities include overseeing the bank's balance sheet risk reporting and conducting thorough analyses to quantify risk exposure. Prior experience includes teaching as an Adjunct at Benedictine University, where course materials focused on market risk measures, and extensive research roles at the Illinois Institute of Technology, resulting in the publication of seven peer-reviewed articles. Educational qualifications include a PhD in Quantitative Finance from the Illinois Institute of Technology, an MS in Finance from Northeastern University, and a BBA in Accounting from Beijing Technology and Business University.
