Jeff Cheeseman

Jeff Cheeseman is an experienced professional in the field of real estate and financial analysis. Currently serving as a Senior Rental Housing Analyst at the Federal Home Loan Bank of Des Moines since July 2019, Jeff focuses on the Affordable Housing Program. Previously, Jeff held the position of Acquisition Analyst at BH Equities, specializing in multifamily real estate investment from July 2015 to July 2019. Earlier experience includes a Sales Strategy Internship at PepsiCo, where Gatorade sales strategies were developed for the Costco account, and various roles at Bank of America, Command Transportation, and Euronet Worldwide. Jeff holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from the University of Minnesota - Carlson School of Management and a Bachelor of Science in Finance from Indiana University - Kelley School of Business.
