Kirsten Bosch

Kirsten Bosch has extensive work experience in various roles and companies. Kirsten currently serves as the IT Director at the Federal Home Loan Bank of Des Moines since 2022. Before that, they worked at Accenture as a Senior Manager from 2017 to 2022, where they directed project and product teams and managed the Delivery Practice. Prior to Accenture, Kirsten held the position of Application Development Division Administrator at the Office of the CIO, State of Iowa from 2013 to 2017, where they oversaw a 50-person division and successfully executed the Agile transformation of the office. Kirsten also worked as a Manager Consultant at Sogeti from 2011 to 2013, managing multiple concurrent initiatives. Kirsten's earlier experience includes working at Hewlett Packard from 2001 to 2009, where they held various roles, including Manager, Project Manager, and Software Developer. Before that, they worked as a Consultant - Software Developer for multiple companies from 1995 to 2001.

Kirsten Bosch holds a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) degree from the University of California, Davis - Graduate School of Management. Kirsten also obtained a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Management Information Systems from the University of Arizona.
