Aaron Herting, MFM, currently serves as the Lead EUC Validation Analyst at the Federal Home Loan Bank of Des Moines since January 2008, where responsibilities include developing EUC application policies, training new analysts, and managing database conversion projects. Previous roles at the bank included Senior EUC Validation Analyst, where Aaron identified significant capital calculation errors and oversaw EUC risk controls, and Capital Markets Analyst, where Aaron contributed to income projection processes and portfolio analysis. Earlier experience includes serving as Assistant Examiner at the Federal Reserve Bank of Chicago, and holding various positions at Allied Insurance, where expertise in statistical data quality and underwriting was developed. Aaron holds a Master of Financial Management from Drake University and a Bachelor of Arts in Finance from the University of Northern Iowa.
