Kania Warbington

Kania Warbington has extensive experience in human resources and legal positions. At the Federal Home Loan Bank of Indianapolis, Kania served as Senior Vice President - Chief Human Resources Officer and First Vice President - Director of HR, where responsibilities included directing HR policies and ensuring compliance with labor laws. Previously, Kania held the role of Vice President - Director of HR at the NCAA Eligibility Center, focusing on amateurism certification. Earlier legal experience includes positions as a Law Clerk at the Indiana Office of the Attorney General and Meils, Thompson, Dietz and Berish, and internships at Irwin Union Bank and the NCAA, where Kania contributed to legal research, compliance audits, and investigations.
