Bernie Desiena

Bernie DeSiena, PMP, has extensive experience in business technology, currently serving as First Vice President and Director at the Federal Home Loan Bank of New York since March 1997. Prior roles at the same institution include Vice President, Assistant Vice President, Project Manager, and Software Developer. Bernie's career began at Prudential, where a role as a Software Developer was held from 1989 to 1997. In education, Bernie earned a Bachelor's degree in Management from Walden University between 2006 and 2008 and previously obtained a Bachelor's degree in English from Belmont Abbey College in 1985.
