Max Epstein

Max Epstein is a finance professional with extensive experience in affordable housing programs. Currently serving as Manager of the Affordable Housing Program at the Federal Home Loan Bank of New York since May 2017, Max oversees a diverse portfolio of affordable housing developments across the United States and its territories. Prior roles included Senior Analyst and Analyst positions within the same program, focusing on the review and issuance of grant commitments and compliance analysis for various affordable housing initiatives. Max began advancing in the field as a First Home Club Intern and has held additional roles such as Admissions Ambassador at Baruch College and Treasury/FP&A Intern at Convergex. Max holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance from Baruch College.
