Michael Radziemski

Michael Radziemski is the SVP & Chief Information Officer at Federal Home Loan Bank of New York. Michael has more than 30 years of global technology leadership experience, with a focus on the financial sector. Michael is an expert at technology strategy, business alignment and enterprise strategic planning and execution. Michael's broad technology expertise includes strategic software development, large project delivery, cybersecurity, cloud computing, risk management and staff optimization. Michael has a reputation as a steadying force in periods of chaos and complex business transitions.

Radziemski began their career in the financial sector, working their way up the ladder to become an expert in enterprise technology strategy and execution. Michael has advised CEOs and executive business leadership teams on how to best utilize technology to achieve their business goals. In their role as Partner at Fortium Partners, LP, they led a team of IT turnaround and technology services experts who provided C-level Technology leadership to clients focused on finding solutions to complex technology issues or difficult-to-solve operational challenges. Fortium served public and private companies across a variety of industries, placing expert project teams and operational leadership in technology-related roles.

Most recently, Radziemski served as interim CTO for rapidly growing startups. In this role, they were responsible for providing clear-headed leadership in periods of chaos and complex business transitions. Michael also oversaw the technological infrastructure for these startups, including data centers, cloud computing, and cybersecurity.
