Tessa Nikaj Mpa

Tessa Nikaj, MPA, currently serves as Corporate Real Estate Business Partner II at the Federal Home Loan Bank of New York since April 2019, where responsibilities include managing real estate initiatives. Previous experience includes roles as Corporate Real Estate Analyst/Buyer and IT Procurement/Supplier Diversity Program Manager in the same organization. At ICAP, from August 2013 to April 2019, Tessa worked as IT Procurement Associate, focusing on supplier relationships and compliance with procurement policies. Earlier experience at DTCC as Vendor Relationship Analyst involved managing invoices and resolving discrepancies, while initial roles at BMW of Manhattan included Accounting Coordinator responsibilities. Tessa holds a Master of Public Administration from John Jay College (CUNY), achieved in 2017, and a Bachelor of Arts in Public Administration from the same institution, completed in 2011.
