Tisa Mould Surat

Tisa Mould Surat has extensive experience in financial services and technology project management, currently serving as AVP, Collateral Initiatives and Support Manager at the Federal Home Loan Bank of New York since March 2004. Prior roles within the organization include Collateral Officer and Collateral Operations Manager, Collateral Officer and Media Processing Manager, and Operations Analyst in Collateral Analysis.
