Tiffany Shearer

Tiffany Shearer is a seasoned accounting professional currently serving as the Senior Manager for Accounting Policy, SOX, and Data Governance at the Federal Home Loan Bank of Pittsburgh since August 2018. In this role, Tiffany oversees the Bank’s Accounting Policy and SOX functions, ensuring effective internal controls over financial reporting in collaboration with Internal Audit and Enterprise Risk Management. Previously, Tiffany held various positions at EY from July 2006 to July 2018, culminating as an Assurance Senior Manager, where responsibilities included managing audit teams, leading business combination audits, and overseeing project management. Tiffany began their career at EY as a Tax Intern and earned a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Penn State University in 2006.
