Needham has served as Chairman, President and CEO of the First Security Bank since 2007. He is a graduate of Fort Hays State University, Wichita State University and the Graduate School of Banking at Boulder, Colo. Needham has served as the Chairman of the Kansas Bankers Association, the Chairman of the Board of Trustees of the Graduate School of Banking at Colorado and as a member of America's Community Banker's Council of the American Bankers Association.
