Lance Liby

Lance Liby currently serves as Chief Credit Officer and Director of Credit Analytics at the Federal Home Loan Bank of Topeka, a position held since May 2013. Previously, Lance held the role of Vice President at Mortgage Liquidity Solutions, LLC, and worked as a Consultant for The Rochdale Group, Inc. from October 2011 to April 2013. Prior experience includes serving as Senior Manager of Credit & Market Risk at U.S. Central Bridge Corporate Federal Credit Union from 2003 to 2011 and as Senior Analyst in Corporate Treasury at Sprint Nextel between 2000 and 2003. Academically, Lance earned a Masters of Business Administration from the University of Missouri-Kansas City in 2003 and a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Kansas State University in 1993.
