Martin Schlossman

SVP, Chief Risk Officer at Federal Home Loan Bank of Topeka

Martin Schlossman joined FHLBank Topeka in November 2000 as an enterprise risk analyst. He was promoted to planning officer in December 2001 and to assistant vice president in March 2004. He became a vice president in June 2005 and was promoted to first vice president in March 2009. He was named chief risk officer on March 24, 2017. Before joining FHLBank, Schlossman worked for Fidelity Bank in Wichita, Kan. He has also worked as an auditor with Bank of America, Texas, and Fourth Financial Corp. (Bank IV), Kansas, as well as a senior auditor with Ernst & Young, LLP. Schlossman has a bachelor of science in business administration with an accounting emphasis from Kansas State University and a master of business administration in management from the University of Texas, Arlington. He also earned his Certification in Risk Management Assurance (CRMA) from the Institute of Internal Auditors in 2012.
