Ryan Gilliland

Ryan Gilliland has a diverse work experience, beginning in 2003 as a Legislative Aide/Marketing and PR Intern at Polsinelli Shalton Flanigan Suelthaus. Ryan then worked as a Constituent Services Rep. for U.S. Rep. Jim Ryun from 2006 to 2007, followed by a role as Constituent Services Rep. for U.S. Senator Sam Brownback in 2007 to 2008. Ryan joined the Kansas Legislature in 2008, serving as the Chief of Staff for various roles within the legislature until 2015. Ryan then worked as the Manager of State Government Affairs at ITC Holdings Corp. from 2015 to 2016. Currently, Ryan is the VP and Government Relations Officer at the Federal Home Loan Bank of Topeka, starting from April 2016.

Ryan Gilliland attended Washburn University from 2002 to 2005, where they obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree. Ryan'sstudies focused on Mass Media and Political Science.
