Brian Terhaar

Brian Terhaar serves as the Director of Procurement at the FHFA OIG since April 2015 and has also held the position of Acting Director of Administration at FHFA since April 2011. Previously, Brian was the Director of Administration at the Export-Import Bank of the United States from August 2009 to April 2011 and worked as Treasurer at Forest Health Services from 2004 to 2009. An internship at Spawar occurred from 2003 to July 2004, and earlier roles included working as a grinder at Stars and Stripes and as a Shipping Manager at North Sails from January 1998 to June 2002. Brian Terhaar earned a degree in economics and finance from San Diego State University in 2004.
